These terms cover your use of Futoji (“the app”), a personal Japanese study tracker. By creating an account, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password secure. One account per person — don't create accounts to impersonate someone else or to get around a removal from a challenge.
Acceptable use
Don't use Futoji to harass other users, invite people to challenges without their consent to spam or intimidate them, attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours, or interfere with the app's normal operation. We can suspend or remove accounts that do.
Your content
Your study entries, challenge names, usernames, and feedback submissions stay yours. Creating them just grants us the permission needed to store and display them back to you (and, for challenge data, to the other members of that challenge) as part of running the app.
No guarantees, use at your own risk
Futoji is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the app will be available, error-free, or that your data will never be lost — back up anything you can't afford to lose. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for damages arising from your use of the app.
Ending your use
You can stop using Futoji at any time; email us at getfutoji@gmail.com to request your account and data be deleted. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app changes. Continuing to use Futoji after an update means you accept the revised terms.
